What hurdles are you facing?

What are your life goals?

I look forward to helping you learn tools that can help you to heal and cope with life’s challenges.

“Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.”*

I specialize in helping people through recovery from trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have unique experience in helping individuals and their families cope with life-threatening food allergies, complex medical issues, and diagnoses of genetic disorders.

I take a compassionate approach to cognitive-behavioral techniques, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, and EMDR. In addition, individually tailored educational components will help you better understand yourself and your responses and lead to more successful coping.

Psychotherapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, increased self-compassion, and significant reductions in feelings of distress.

I view the psychotherapy relationship as a collaboration. Clients and I work together as a team to bring about positive change. These changes can include improved mood, reduced anxiety, a more positive outlook and sense of well-being, increased connection and intimacy in relationships, and greater overall stability in life.
